We aim to describe our products, variations, ingredients, available quantities, and prices accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in appearance and color. If there is a material error relating to your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy according to applicable law. 5. Order changes and cancellations To request an order change or cancellation, contact support@refloreo.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after shipment. Any non-waivable cancellation right under applicable law remains available. 9. Returns, refunds, and defective items Eligible orders may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy . Opened or used cosmetics may be ineligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns for hygiene reasons where legally permitted. This does not restrict legal remedies for defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise nonconforming products. 10. Product safety Review the product description, ingredient list, warnings, and use instructions before using a cosmetic product. Individual reactions may vary.
